Oldham County LAMA Launch

The Davenport Group (TDG) is proud to announce a new partnership with the Oldham County, Kentucky, which is soon to benefit from the innovative and efficient services of the company’s custom GIS software.

Oldham County is home to 65,000 residents. County staff’s commitment to providing easily accessible and user-friendly service to the citizens in their community is evidenced by their selection of The Davenport Group as the software provider for their permitting and planning.

With dozens of clients throughout the U.S. and Canada, The Davenport Group offers noteworthy innovations in governmental software, along with exceptional customer service and unmatched accountability. TDG understands that in this day and age, local government needs to customize its processes to meet the needs of its community; the company thus tailors its premiere software suite, Land Management (LAMA), to the specifications of each client.

“We’re very pleased to be able to work with the staff of Oldham County who clearly care about making their processes as convenient as possible for their citizens,” said Ben Davenport, co-founder of TDG. “Through the process of implementing our software, we’re also able to support city staff in streamlining their procedures so that they gain efficiency without compromising the quality of their services.”

Located in Kentucky, Oldham County was a prohibition county until 2005. The county has experienced a 37% growth rate since 2000, and manages permits and planning cases for all the incorporated areas in the county.

The LAMA software is on schedule for implementation in December 2017. For more information, contact TDG at (800) 640-0373.
